Monday Mojo 244
As you might all know by now - Mojo Moday is a card challenge I am (attempting) to participate in every week.....unfortunately sometimes life just gets in the way! (Or a Stampin' Up! Convention - insert smiley face!)
This card was also made with all the amazing ladies in mind that I had the oppotunity to meet over the weekend at the Stampin' Up! Convention. I am so grateful. Thank you girls ...you know who you are!
I only just missed the last Mojo, but wanted to get this one done before I venture off again on a another trip away! I don't actually go away all that often, but this month seems to have me away from my craft room a lot!
Enough chitter-chatter...this weeks Mojo Sketch Below:
This is my Mojo:
Stamp Set: Apothecary Art from the new Mini Catalogue
Accessories: Framelits from the Mini Catalogue, Stampin' Markers, Pearls, Crochet Ribbon, Seam Binding Ribbon, White Twine, DPS Twitterpatted Paper
Colour Combination: Whisper White, Blushing Bride
With the ribbon at the top - I learnt a little tip from Beth Stewart at the Convention. The idea is to use bits of scrap ribbon together to create a bit of what I would probably call a shabby chic look - I think it's actually quite effective and you might see me using this idea a little bit! Thanks Beth!
Thanks for stopping by - Love your comments!
